Term 4 already!!!! What a great start we had today. Grade 3/4 E are truly wonderful children who really love learning. We've got 11 more weeks together and heaps of learning and fun to be done!!! It's going to be exciting.

Looking up in the trees ,
A river right next to me.
A waterfall comes down,
No one else is around.
Rain drops fall,
I do not care at all.
I stretch my arms out wide,
There is no reason to hide.
I hear the bird’s chirping,
And the animals slurping.
Daises surround me,
Wild horses run free.

Pesuasive Texts
In our grade we have been writing Persuasive texts. Here are some examples.
Kids Should have more Computer Time!
Computer time helps education and playing skills. Most parents barely know this.
Firstly computer time improves your knowledge by a million I.Q points. You could play Maths and English games. Search Wikipedia for many historical sites. And you could travel to places just by staying in your own house while on the computer. Wow!!!
Plus children could play online games like Club Penguin, Poptropica etc. Some of these games will make you or your children grow up in an environment that they will love.
In addition to this parents will have some quiet time and just chill out in bed having a smoothie and no interruptions by your children.
Finally children will, finally do something that they will enjoy. This has worked for over 90% of children in the world.
I hope you took some of my advice. These reasons will change your life into HEAVEN!

People need to eat more CHOCOLATE!!!
I believe that lots of people need to eat more chocolate and enjoy the yummy goodness of it melting in your mouth.
Firstly, because chocolate is the best tasting food in the world, obviously the opposite of it is broccoli.
It is amazing how people make chocolate into shapes and I think they do that so kids will want to buy them.
People need more chocolate on their plate of dinner every night because it just gives the plate that Wow effect!I believe people need more chocolate and that’s that!

MUD IS BETTER THAN DIRT!
I believe that mud is the most amazing, coolest, squelchiest thing in the whole entire world!
My first reason is, in the burning hot summer I hop into the cold, refreshing pool and I always enjoy putting my feet into a warm, squishy bowl of mud.
In addition, I can scare away the girls with huge balls of mud also I can throw it at my brother. Dirt will just go through your fingers.
Furthermore, you can have a beautiful, hot, bubbly mud bath but you can’t have a dirt bath.
In conclusion, go outside and feel the freedom of light and make an AWESOME mud bath!
